121 Computer’s company policy is to offer more high quality brand name products at a cheaper price than anyone locally and to achieve online prices in a high street store in Diss.

Customers can bring their computer in for advice and help. There is no charge for an engineer advising on the work that needs to be carried out. Customers are contacted by telephone and given updates as work progresses and diagnostics are made. Because the computers are repaired in the large custom built, state of the art workshops on Victoria Road, there are no costly carriage fees or long weeks of waiting for the computer to be returned.

121 Computers have always offered their own selection of custom built high quality computer systems which are bespoke for each customer and built at the Victoria Road workshops. 121 Computers have recently enlarged their range with the introduction of 3 new Intel computer systems, one of these being a top end gaming machine, designed in house by 121 engineer Olly.  The computer systems are all built onsite in the new state of the art workshops by Microsoft trained staff.

The decision to move to new premises on the Victoria Road has been an overwhelming success, and was made simply to give the ever growing army of loyal customers an even better range of products and services.
